This policy explains how we send orders and what customers can expect when buying from us. It follows UK consumer law.

We aim to send all orders within one to two working days after payment.
Delivery times depend on the courier. Most orders arrive in two to five working days within the UK.
During busy periods there may be slight delays but we will always try our best to send orders as fast as possible.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail and Evri.
Tracking is provided on most orders.
If a customer needs faster delivery they can contact us before ordering.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Fees depend on the size and weight of the order.
We do not make profit on postage and keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is delayed we will check the tracking and speak with the courier.
A parcel is only classed as lost after the courier confirms it.
When a parcel is confirmed lost we will offer a replacement or a refund.
We cannot refund or replace orders while the courier is still processing or investigating the delay.

Damaged Parcels

If an item arrives damaged the customer must tell us within forty eight hours with a clear photo of the damage and the packaging.
We will offer a replacement or a refund once we have reviewed the evidence and confirmed the issue.

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for giving the correct delivery address.
If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or the parcel was not collected we can resend it but new postage must be paid.

International Shipping

If we offer international shipping the customer is responsible for any customs fees or import charges in their country.
Delivery times outside the UK vary by location.

Customers can contact us at any time for an update on their order.
