We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If there is ever a problem we will always try to help in a fair and honest way.

Unopened items

You can return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition you received it. You will need to contact us first so we can approve the return. Once we receive the item and check it, we will issue a refund for the product price. The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

Opened items

For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened, unsealed or used.
This applies to all food items including honey, oils, herbs, powders and any product that can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons.
This follows UK consumer law which allows sellers to refuse returns of opened food items

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect you must contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
We will cover all costs for damaged or incorrect items.

Natural variations

Many of our products are natural and made in small batches. Colour, texture and crystallisation can vary. These natural changes are not faults and do not qualify for returns.

We will reply quickly and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds normally take 3 to 5 working days to show in your account.
